His eyes dropped to the bag she had set by him, stilling at her scent in the close proximity. He didn't stay frozen long enough for anyone to detect. She had a way with him that not even Evita could touch. It was a pull neither of them could deny, in every sense, going all the way back to the fateful day on the beach. He'd kept her slipper which she would soon find. She had kept his hoodie.

The clothes had a black look to them. He finally looked up and instantly regretted it. She was smiling, an immediate smile formed on his lips that he couldn't get rid of even when Tandy teased him. The ribbing prompted him to eye-roll with a grin still to his lips. "Or we don't go anywhere and then there's nothin' for you to worry about," he returned although he'd picked up the bag and moved out of view to get dressed.

It wasn't a suit like his school uniform, dressier yet casual. Ty wouldn't ask where she got the clothes from. He didn't ask questions that he didn't want to know the answer to. Besides, she could take the question the wrong way. He didn't assume she was stealing with the money Roxxon had paid the Bowens. Yet old habits died hard. He'd been the one working out as if he were going to play ball.

"Wouldn't I just cramp your style?" he asked while exchanging a towel for underwear. A quick use of deodorant, a squirt of body spray, Ty pulled on socks then started getting on the clothes she brought. "How'd you know what size to get anyway?" They fit surprisingly good. He'd started with the pants and moved back into view while slipping on the shirt. For someone who didn't think it was a good idea, he was acting otherwise.
